Terms of service

Last updated

The terms for using Polytrope. They are short, and they apply from the first time you use it.

The service

Polytrope is a chat with many AI models, and agents that work for you through tools you connect. Agents ask before they send, post, pay or delete. By using Polytrope you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

Accounts

  • Polytrope is an invite-only beta. You need an invite code to create an account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it or let others use it.
  • Keep your password and any connected services secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your account.
  • Polytrope is not intended for anyone under 16.

Acceptable use

Do not use Polytrope to:

  • break the law, or help someone else to;
  • abuse, harass or harm anyone;
  • send spam or run scams;
  • make or spread malware;
  • get around limits, probe or attack the service, or interfere with how others use it;
  • upload or create content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you ask your agents to do and for what you approve. Check an approval before you send it.

AI output can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check important results before you rely on them.

Third-party services

Models and connected services belong to other companies. Each has its own terms, and you agree to them when you use or connect it. We are not responsible for what they do.

Payments

Plans and pay-as-you-go balances are as shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Balances never expire and are not cash.

Beta

Polytrope is in beta. It changes often, and features may change or stop. We will try to tell you before something you rely on goes away.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Polytrope at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to abylay@polytrope.ai. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Disclaimers

Polytrope is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Polytrope is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

Disputes are handled under the law that applies to the operator and to you. Please write to abylay@polytrope.ai first, and we will try to settle it with you.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top, and tell you on the site before a change takes effect. If you keep using Polytrope after that, you accept the new terms.
